The 2022 data on adult smoking rates are now available. This indicator reports the percentage of adults who report smoking cigarettes every day or on most days. Data were sourced from the 2022 Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) and are used in the 2025 County Health Rankings.
